Janice started baking cakes with her grandmother as a child growing up. She was in the kitchen on Saturdays with her grandmother baking cakes for Sunday's desserts and making memories. The recipes used were family recipes handed down from generation to generation. These recipes, handed down to Janice, continue to be used today. Janice has been creating cakes for special occasions - Weddings, Christenings, Anniversaries and Birthdays - since 1994.

Occasional Cakes offers cake tastings and design consultations by appointment only. Tastings last approximately 1 hour and are scheduled at the same time as your consultation. The cost of the Tasting is $30.00 for the Sample Tasting box.
