You can also choose to have your ceremony in front of your hotel or condo on the beach.

You must have a valid driver's license or other form of legal photo ID (passport, etc).
Do not bring a birth certificate as that is not needed.
There is a $70.00 state fee paid directly to the agent or you can now pay the State of Hawaii on-line for the marriage application.
The license is good for thirty days after issue by the marriage license agent.
We provide marriage license information to you and the Hawaii State Agent will provide you with an appointment time and date, usually a day or so prior to the wedding date.
