Your ceremony should be as unique as your love story. A celebrant ceremony is always meaningful, personal, and uniquely special. It is your love story wrapped up with readings and rituals and symbolism and tied with a lovely, glittering bow. Contact me today about designing the wedding of your dreams. Gwen married my husband and I in April. We loved that she was able to tailor our ceremony to our own needs.
The ceremony was short and sweet. It was unique to us as she wrote our love story based on our questionnaires of each other. She even added in a little Zen moment, which we (and our guests) loved. Everyone commented on how lovely the ceremony was. She is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Thank you Gwen! As a couple, faith has never played a role in our relationship, so we searched for a non-denominational officiant for our wedding and found Gwen.
After our first meeting and hearing her describe how she writes her ceremonies as a "love story" I booked her immediately. Our ceremony was unlike any other wedding I have attended.

Services
I'm not just pulling some platitudes about love out of a can from the wedding I did before you.
How did you meet?
What were your first impressions of each other?
What happened on the first date?
How did the proposal go?
What do you love about each other?
There's magic in how you and your fiance came together and why, and even more magic in telling your family and friends on your big day.
Okay - maybe this is actually the best part: I literally "Guarantee" you'll love your ceremony or you get all your money back.

I've been a professional Wedding Celebrant since 2015.
I write and perform weddings in the North Carolina Triangle area and beyond.
I love my job, which is to marry couples to each other and more importantly to celebrate why they are getting married.
I am a creative writer who makes the most of my 20 minute ceremonies, making guests laugh, cry and even, occasionally, think.
Wedding ceremonies should be celebrations.
Maybe I can help you with your wedding ceremony!
You'll notice I never use the word "joke" in describing what I do.
