Congratulations on your upcoming wedding celebration! Your wedding is a big deal, and choosing the right officiant is important. I am non denominational, and I am LGBT friendly. It is my pleasure to perform services for any happy couple for a wedding, elopement, vow renewal or commitment ceremony. Whether just the two of you elope, or whether you have a big joyful wedding, I am available any day of the week, in any season, anywhere on the Outer Banks.
From elopements on the beach, to ceremonies in one of the OBX's local event venues, I want to get your Wedding Knots Tied! Whether they are eloping, or have a full wedding party, many couples from across the country choose the coastal beauty of North Carolina's Outer Banks, or OBX, as their destination wedding location. Because meeting your officiant in person is not always easy when you don't live in the area, you can connect with me via text messaging, email, FaceTime or phone call.
Due to the extremely hot and humid weather conditions on the Outer Banks in the summer months, ceremonies should be scheduled before 8am, or after 6:30pm, for the comfort, safety and health of you and your guests.

Services
I have often heard it said, "Do what you love, and love what you do."
I thoroughly enjoy performing wedding ceremonies.
As the officiant, I get to see the smiles and the tears of the happy couple.
I get to share their little bubble of joy, up close, for the fifteen minutes or so that the ceremony lasts.
And I love that.
I still get goose bumps every single time I begin a wedding service.
I am non denominational, non judgmental and I am LGBT friendly.
I am delighted to perform ceremonies for any happy couple for their wedding, elopement, vow renewal or commitment ceremony.

It is a good idea to seek impartial reviews on any wedding officiant that you're considering hiring.

Don't forget your marriage license!
If you plan to be married in the state of North Carolina, you must obtain your marriage license in North Carolina as well.
There is nothing quite like having the salt breeze in your hair, and the sounds of the ocean in the background on your wedding day.
But the towns in the Outer Banks each have different requirements to have a ceremony on their beaches.
If you are renting a house on the OBX, and you plan to host your ceremony there, be sure to ask your rental agent if there are any permits or policies you need to be aware of ahead of time.
