The name of the company, Artisan Events, reflects the manner in which we approach wedding planning in Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado. To be an Artisan is to be skilled in handcrafting an item, producing it lovingly and perfectly. An artisanal product is the antithesis of mass-production; each one has its own unique stamp and appearance. By choosing to hold a wedding in Vail or Beaver Creek, you have already set your wedding apart from the others.
Our incredible mountaintop settings, beautiful chapels and outdoor wedding venues lend an undeniable special character to the wedding weekend. We listen to our bride and groom's ideas, their heritage and family traditions, their hobbies and interests, and why they selected the Vail Valley as their wedding site. We start with broad strokes and refine the wedding style as we go along, always focused on creating an event bearing the distinctive print of the bride, groom and their families.

I have been in the wedding consultation business in the Vail Valley since 1999 when we moved here from Los Angeles.
While in LA, I was with Williams-Sonoma as a store manager and with Whole Foods as Food Service Coordinator.
I have an extensive background in food and beverage, and thus, I love to be involved in the menu and wine selections for my weddings.
I am also a frustrated florist and take great pleasure in working with my brides on the design/floral aspects of the wedding.
I am assisted in every wedding by a great team.

We offer wedding services ranging from "day of " to full service planning and coordination.
In both levels, your event will be carefully managed and staffed by 2 of our professional team.
We work with your officiant to organize the rehearsal and then are with you all day on Wedding Day until the last guest has departed the reception.
We approach "day of" planning (really a misnomer) completely differently than most coordinators in that we prefer to be involved in the process as early as possible.
