Begin with the use of our historic Dairy Barn! The Vale Royal Barn was built in the 1830's by one of Fenton's earliest pioneers, Frederick F. Riggs who came here from New York State and settled on 180 acres in 1836.
He leased a six rod square on the corner of his land for a school which was named after him. The original school burned down but the second school still stands today!

If you should cancel your event for any reason, you may receive a refund only IF your date can be re-booked with a comparable event.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes.
A $500 security deposit is required 30 days before your event.
You agree to pay for any damages to the barn, house or property that occur during your rental period.
Once a walk through is completed and if no damages are found, you will receive a refund of your $500 security deposit within 30 days.
Do you allow pets?
Your pet may be a part of your ceremony and reception but pets are not allowed inside the Vale Royal Inn.
