At CC Events we are dedicated to creating endless memories. Whether we are celebrating a Wedding, Birthday, or Family Reunion, we are committed to making sure our clients are more than just happy. Our goal is to assist in making dreams and desires become a reality. From customizing our own invitations to implementing inspiring designs, CC Events enjoys the creative side of life.
Our gallery displays events we have coordinated, along with our unique work we have accomplished. First and foremost, I would like to mention that I am a TV director that has very little time to organize a party, let alone a wedding by myself. My wife works up to 12 hours a day as well, almost on a daily basis. When we first met with Chelsy to speak about possibly being our wedding coordinator, she quickly wrote down all the info of every vendor and venue that we would be using.
Before we could give her an answer as far as using her services, she had already reached out to all our venues and had already began coordinating and checking over contracts to make sure we were well taken care of.

COMPLETE PACKAGE-Wedding planning has been known to be all too underestimated with the amount of time and effort required to plan successfully.
Starting with the perfect venue, we will work together from beginning to end in making sure your day is personal and unique.
Planning and design go hand in hand; and we believe that complete planning is your confidence in knowing that the minor details will not be missed.
CC Events will ensure that your style and theme are implemented and that yourself and guests leave with nothing less than an amazing time and positive memories.

CEREMONY COORDINATION ONLY-We arrive a minimum of 2 hours before the start of Ceremony, ensure proper set-up and arrival of all vendors, and facilitate the Ceremony.
We also provide a detailed timeline of events for the Ceremony.

RECEPTION COORDINATION ONLY-We arrive a minimum of 2 hours before the Reception to ensure appropriate set-up and arrival of all vendors, and facilitate all events at the Reception including but not limited to, Grand Entrance, First Dances, Bouquet/Garter Toss, Cake Cutting.
We also provide a detailed timeline of events for the Ceremony.
