I have over eight years of experience as a wedding cake decorator and designer, as well as two years retail cake decorating experience.
My specialty and favorite in all cake decorating is wedding cakes.
While living in Michigan, I took baking and advanced wedding cake classes at Oakland County Community College, Schoolcraft College as well as from renown cake artists such as Michaelle Stidham, Carol Lowe and Michelle Bommarito.
