Hello, and thanks for visiting! My name is Jessica and I have been a Minneapolis, Minnesota based wedding and portrait photographer since 2007. I became a photographer simply put, because it brought me a lot of joy in my life! My approach to photography is grounded by capturing raw emotion with pretty portraits mixed in, resulting in photos that are timeless, candid and naturally authentic.

I always loved taking photos but it became a passion of mine after college.
I never thought life would lead me in this direction, but I am so glad I ended up where I am today.
I have a job I truly love, and that's not something most people can say!
I am a wife to the most supportive husband and mother of two sweet girls Kate & Hannah.
They were my first real test subjects, haha!
I thank them for sticking it out with me all these years.
In my spare time you'll find me hanging at home with our family in the back yard, playing with our kids & dogs while we sit around the campfire and roast marshmallows.

JM Photography offers 6, 8 and 10 hour collections and the option for custom collections to fit your specific wedding day needs.
We are also available for both local and destination weddings.
All collections include an engagement session, a custom flash drive containing high resolution images with printing rights and an online gallery for sharing with family and friends and convenient ordering of any image.

Some clients choose to do a Maternity Boudoir session in the JM Studio located in NE Minneapolis.
Others prefer to shoot a bohemian sunset session or to incorporate the whole family.
Whatever you choose, JM Photography promises to make it a relaxing and fun experience.
It is best to take your Maternity photos between 30-34 weeks along in your pregnancy.
