We encourage families to create this unique and memorable life celebration so that friends and family can join together to honor the life of your loved one while being comforted at a time of loss.

All events must end no later than 10:00 during week and 11:00 weekends.
The music must be turned off at 10 pm.
Any parties lasting after 11 on a Sat or Sun may move inside with prior approval and only until midnight.
Vendors must vacate the building by 11:00 p.m.
Deliveries must be within the 10-hour rental time slot unless prior arrangements are made.
Outside caterers are allowed for a $250 fee.
This fee is for Anderson Terrace to hire staff to set up the buffet, manage during the event and clean up (unless your caterer will do all this then no charge).
The music must be turned off at 10 pm.

Additional bartenders can be contracted at $125 an hour.
Valet and shuttle service will need to be contracted for offsite parking if over 150 attendees.

We have Micro-Weddings, too.
