I am Danielle, a New York wedding planner and owner of Danielle Caldwell Events, serving Long Island, NYC, Westchester, and beyond. I've been in the event industry for over 10 years and love creating and producing all types of events. Working with clients and talking them through even the most stressful decisions, designing mood boards and tabletops, creating layouts, coordinating and collaborating with other vendors are just some of my favorite things.

Raised in New York, Danielle has always been interested in beautiful gatherings.
After a college internship she realized that creating events was her true desire.
The ability to take someone's vision and turn it into something real was a passion.
She took that idea and went to work to become a New York event planner, gaining experience at Institutional Investor, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and Lewis & Clark College.
In 2016, after eight years of working in the industry, Danielle struck out on her own to build a premier event services business.
