Parties to this Contract consent, acknowledge and agree that BFAME KC, LLC.
PREMIER DJ ENTERTAINMENT, Brothers From Another Mother Entertainment, LLC, is a Missouri Limited Liability Company.
Additional Services requested that exceed the contracted time frame will be charged at the rate of $200.00 per hour, payable the day of the engagement.
It may not always be possible to provide additional performance time.
However, when feasible, requests for extended playing timewill be accommodated.
I, the applicant for this contractual agreement, warrant the truthfulness of the information provided in this application.
PREMIER DJ ENTERTAINMENT, Brothers From Another Mother Entertainment, LLC, is a Missouri Limited Liability Company.
