The most popular times of year are May / June & October / November.
If you're planning a wedding for that time of year you'll NEED to contact your vendors a year in advance!
If your date is unavailable because another bride grabbed it, don't worry, it's not uncommon to move your date around a few times to get all of your favorite vendors lined up.
