Mercedes Moorman is a professional Hair and Makeup artist based in Orange County, Southern California, who specializes in "on location" Bridal, Print and Glamour Services. Originally, Mercedes pursued her passion for the beauty industry by attending an aesthetician school in 2006, where she graduated from The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics.
She determined that she preferred the art of makeup over skin care and body treatments, so she started researching for the top school, and discovered the Empire Academy of Makeup in Costa Mesa, California.Upon being accepted for enrollment, Mercedes started her training program, and was personally taught by Donna Mee, the Academy's founder, and top industry educator.
Mercedes' training included advanced techniques in color theory, corrective beauty, print, runway, bridal, hair styling, and special effects makeup for television, video and film. Mercedes immediately started working as a freelance makeup artist, booking clients for Weddings and Photo Shoots, as well as teaching private lessons on makeup application for OC clients.
