A-Line dresses are fitted to the waist, and then flare out gradually to the hem of the dress.
This silhouette extends along the body into the shape of an 'A'.
Fitted through the body, this silhouette structure forms a flare at the knees but is slightly less contoured.
This style is a form fitted dress with more movement than a mermaid offers.
Fit & flare dresses are known to elongate the body.
Mermaid silhouettes show off curves with a fitted, body-hugging gown that shapes over the line of the hips and thighs, and flares out below the knee.

It's never too early!
We strongly recommend at least 10 months in advance for our brides who want to special order.
This allows time for the shipment of your dress (approximately 6-8 months) and any alterations that might be needed once your gown arrives (approximately 2 months).
Any of our dresses can be sold off the rack for our brides who do not have adequate time to order.
If your style is in stock with the designer, we can receive a new gown within 2 weeks!
Our consultations are typically one hour and 15 minutes, and there is no limit on the amount of dresses our brides can try!
