Smathers Beach is a public Key West beach.
It is a beautiful beach located on the southeast side of the island.
It is really nice here, especially in the evening at the sunset, when it is not so hot and most of the tourists are gone.
The beach looks clean and the water is so calm.
Smathers beach is perfect for the weddings and great for wedding photos with palm trees on the background.
Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park - this spot is located on the west side where the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico combine.

The fee for a marriage license is $93.50 and there is a three (3) day waiting period for Florida residents; there is no waiting period for non-residents.
MARRIAGE LICENSE FEE: $93.50 (not included in our services).
Payment may be made to the Clerk of Court by cash, money order, personal check or credit card (there is a $2.50 additional service charge for payment by credit card).
BUSINESS HOURS: All Clerk's offices are closed weekends and holidays and the office hours vary from 8.30 AM to 5 PM.
